How We Evaluate
What we do
- We reproduce published specs as published and put them next to the physical quantity that governs the result.
- We record ranges as ranges. Temperature bands and PSI figures vary by model, so we do not invent precision.
- Every product carries an honest watch-out, including the ones we rate highly.
What we do not do
- We have not tested any appliance. No figure here is our own measurement.
- We give no food-safety guidance. Slow-cooker and pressure-cooker temperatures are reported as equipment specifications; verify doneness with a food thermometer and follow your manual.
- We make no health or nutrition claims.
